We boarded a refurbished wooden sailing junk and cruised through the lime stone cliffs and calm warm waters of Halong Bay. From our room a changing scenery unfolded outside and was by far the best view we have ever had from any hotel room so far.. The cruise included a nice seafood dinner and we treated ourselves with a good bottle of Australian red wine.

Beautiful view of Halong Bay with all its wooden junks sailing around..

Went to one of the most amazing caves of Halong Bay housing among other a pink-lit phallus-shaped rock worshiped as a fertility symbol by the locals.
